Official License Agreement and Usage Guidelines for Arvala Mockup Digital Products
This section outlines the terms of use, permitted actions, and
restrictions when using Arvala’s mockup files — ensuring clear rights for users
while protecting
the integrity of our original design assets.
You are granted the right to use this mockup for both personal and commercial projects,
including those for your clients. This mockup is royalty-free and may be used for design
presentations, portfolios, branding, and client pitches.
- You are permitted to sell final designs created using this mockup (excluding the PSD file itself).
- You may use this mockup to create and present designs for clients or your own business.
- Sharing/Distributing Files:
You are prohibited from sharing or distributing the source files (PSD) of this mockup to clients or third parties. Only the final output files (JPG/PNG) are permitted to be shared. - Reselling or Redistributing the Mockup:
You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or sublicense this mockup to any third parties. - Transfer of License:
You may not transfer ownership or licensing rights to anyone else. - Creating Derivative Works:
You are prohibited from copying, imitating, or reverse-engineering the principles or structure of this mockup to create derivative mockups or products resembling the original design. - Sending Source Files to Clients:
You are not allowed to send source files or individual elements of the mockup to clients in editable formats (PSD). Only flattened or finalized versions (such as JPG/PNG) may be provided.
By using this mockup, the licensee agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by
Arvala Mockup. Any violation of these terms may result in
revocation of the license and potential legal action in accordance with applicable
laws.
The licensor shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from
the use or misuse of this mockup. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the
mockup.
This license is perpetual and non-exclusive. The license will remain valid as long as
the licensee complies with the stated terms and conditions.
The licensor reserves the
right to terminate the license in the event of any breach of these terms.
