All files, assets, and digital materials provided by Arvala Mockup remain the copyright and property of Arvala Mockup, even after purchase. Purchasing does not transfer ownership but only grants a license to use the products in accordance with the terms set forth below.

The applicable license is a Commercial Use License .

Users are permitted to modify mockup files for design purposes. However, modified files may not be sold or redistributed in the form of source files (PSD).

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. By using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any risks arising from the use of the products are the sole responsibility of the user.
• We are not liable for technical issues, data loss, or software malfunctions caused by the use of our products.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

Refunds follow Paddle’s refund policy . Refunds are only applicable if:

• The digital file cannot be downloaded.
• The file is corrupted and cannot be used.

Once a file has been successfully downloaded, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of verified technical issues. All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.
